Arts and Beans is a café tucked away on the second floor in Kapitolyo, Pasig, blending the neighborhood’s creative spirit with a casual coffee shop vibe. It’s a comfortable spot where the walls double as a mini art gallery, showcasing rotating pieces from the nearby Kapitolyo Art Space. This makes it more than just a place to drink coffee—it’s a laid-back venue for those who appreciate creativity alongside their caffeine.

The space feels bright and airy, with natural light spilling in and a small outdoor terrace that’s perfect for quieter afternoons or casual meetups. Elevator access makes it easy to reach, which helps if you’re carrying a laptop or heavier bags. It's the kind of café that draws in a mix of solo visitors working or reading, small groups catching up, and local art enthusiasts wanting to spend time in a different kind of setting.

The coffee menu offers a nice variety that goes beyond the usual espresso lineup. Their Spanish Latte stands out, especially when paired with oat milk, and the Americano feels well-crafted for those who prefer a straightforward brew. There’s also an interesting selection for non-coffee drinkers, like their Honey Lemon Oolong and Yuzu Lemon Soda, giving guests refreshing alternatives. Pastries such as macarons and Pan Au Chocolat add a light, sweet touch that fits well with the overall refined but unpretentious atmosphere.

Timing your visit for midday or early afternoon on a weekday can be ideal if you want the place to yourself or something quieter to settle into—whether reading, meeting a small group, or just enjoying the art around you. Evenings bring a different vibe with city views through the windows, including glimpses of nearby landmarks like the Mega Tower, which light up after dark.

Service is straightforward and quick, focusing on counter orders, which suits the casual mood of the café. Staff are attentive without being overbearing, and the layout encourages staying for a while without feeling rushed. This is a spot that local creatives and regular coffee drinkers alike seem to enjoy for its combination of atmosphere, solid drinks, and its role as a small arts hub in Kapitolyo’s evolving scene.

Visited their new location, which is much better than their older location. Their coffee has also improved and was very good, we ordered a flat white and a latte. The place itself was decorated with artworks and was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend coming to this cafe and checking out the artwork on display.

I recently visited Arts and Beans Coffee. The café features beautiful artwork, and even the beverages look like pieces of art. The staff is friendly and helpful, and both the food and drinks are amazing. There’s also some outdoor seating available, and you can enjoy a great view of the Mega Tower lit up through the windows. This place is definitely a must-visi

First time visiting this café, and the first thing that hit me was the vibe; super cool and artsy. I’m not even an artsy person, but the creativity in this place really stands out. I went with my book club for our monthly meet-up, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We ended up staying for almost five hours without feeling rushed. I ordered a Spanish Latte with oat milk and a Grilled Cheese with a side of salsa. The grilled cheese was really good, and the salsa gave it that extra kick. The Spanish Latte was solid too; you can tell they use good beans because I definitely felt that caffeine hit. I would have taken photos, but the moment I tried the grilled cheese with the salsa… I completely forgot. To be fair, our book discussion was getting intense too. After that, I ordered the Lychee Calamansi drink because I needed something refreshing from all the talking, and it absolutely delivered. Super nakakagaan and thirst-quenching. I do want to highlight again how nice the staff were. My only issue was the serving time; food took a while, and it came out a bit cold. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or just peak hours, but be prepared to wait a little. Still, the food was good, just not served as hot as I hoped. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for an aesthetic, artsy café with good food and coffee. One last note: the café is on the 2nd floor. I had no idea at first and thought I was in the wrong place lol. Also, the elevator wasn’t working when we visited, so be ready to take the stairs. They have Cash and QR payments methods. They also have free wifi, you can find the password on your receipt when you order food. I didn't connect to the wifi so I can't confirm how long you are allowed to be connected. Might be unlimited but don't quote me on that.

One of my favorite cafes in the metro, great, tasty coffee and drinks. The ambience is very relaxed and quiet, perfect for reading a book and enjoying coffee. The staff are great and welcoming as well. It’s also a gallery, they also feature a lot of local artists’ work. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Ordered iced latte and tuna pandesal. I love the coffee blend. Few choices of pastries maybe because I came during their opening hours. I love the ambiance and the vibe. The concept of art gallery and cafe is good especially for someone like me who appreciates coffee and art. Everyone should visit this.
